Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have:

B.Sc. Nursing with Certificate in Community Health (CCH), or

Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with Certificate in Community Health (CCH), or

Equivalent course integrated in the curriculum by a recognized institute or university

Registration with Bihar Nursing Council is mandatory.
Note: Candidates who are in the final year of B.Sc/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and are willing to complete the CCH program may also apply provisionally.

Roles and Responsibilities of a CHO

Delivering preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative services at the HWCs

Salary and Perks

Honorarium: ₹25,000 per month (fixed)

Performance-Based Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 per month
